Hi, I'm Hayley! I'm 24yrs old and live in a small rural area located in the North Burnett in SE QLD! I have lived rurally all of my life and have grown up in the agricultural industry, I love the wide open spaces and being surrounded by animals. I also work part-time as a Dispense Tech in Pharmacy whilst running both WSC and our family farm with my fiancé. In my spare time I enjoy going on camping trips and exploring new locations!
I absolutely love Willow’s Scents. Whenever I have ordered, I have never been disappointed. I can smell the fragrance from the packaging. The candles are amazing. I had an order that Australia Post had delayed. I messaged Hayley and she looked up the order and tracking, messaged me straight back. Hayley has absolutely outstanding customer service skills. I’ve alwaysbelieved that a house isn’t a home without a good scented candle. It’s safe to say that I am absolutely OBSESSED - these are by far the best candles I have ever purchased! My personal favourite is Burnt Fig and Cassis and not only do they burn beautifully, but I’ve received so many compliments from people about how quickly the scent fills the house. Hayley provides excellent customer service, quick postage and stunning packaging - I’m extremely pleased and will 100% continue supporting this small business!
