Willow's Scents Co Offers Local Pick Up ONLY in the following towns:
- Mundubbera, QLD
- Gayndah, QLD
When selecting this option at checkout please be vigilant that Pick up is only available in these towns on selected days. We will contact you in regards to a suitable time for collection.
(If this option is selected by accident please contact us to arrange postage payment. Your order will not be sent until payment has been received. If payment for postage is not received within 10 days your order will be cancelled and a refund will be issued.)

An e-mail confirmation will be sent to your e-mail address after placing your order. Please keep this e-mail as proof of your purchase.
If you choose to have your order left on premises and you are not at home at time of delivery responsibility for all possible outcomes are yours.
Post Office drop off days are Monday & Wednesday to avoid weekend delays.
An e-mail will be sent to notify you of your order being shipped - a tracking number will be provide. This can be used to track the status of your order Via The Australia Post website or app.

Orders are usually dispatched within 3 business days – We endeavour to get your orders to you ASAP. Once your order has been dispatched, delivery time will be subject to Australia Post but depending on location it is generally 2-7 days. (If your order includes a special order please be vigilant there is a processing time on top of your delivery time.
IMPORTANT: Please check that all items you've received are what you have ordered. If you have received an incorrect item DO NOT OPEN IT. We will not accept any returns or provide refunds of items that have been opened, tampered with, or not in their original condition. If you receive a damaged item please contact us within 2 days of delivery and do not throw it away as we will require proof that the item has been damaged (for example: images e-mailed to us of the damaged item.)
